Audi A6 International Launch

Audi Volkswagen Middle East commissioned theProject to develop a detailed guest management system for the launch of their new flagship model. A global event, the platform supplied handled and managed entries from a variety of markets internationally, processing everything from flight details through to dietary requirements, leaving the local Audi representative with nothing to do but to simply export the list of users and greet the guests at the airport when they arrived.

In addition to this, theProject developed the launch event identity imagery, which was rolled out in audio visual material specifically made for the occasion, large scale print / billboard applications at the international airport, the Yas Marina grand prix circuit as well as on all the stationery applications associated with the launch event. A successful campaign with a very smooth rollout process was very well received by foreign delegates attending the events.
